What is It?

What are the Training Objectives?

·         To engage participants in a vigorous, exhilarating and fun fitness program.

·         To involve participants in activities that challenge their movement capabilities while providing attainable goals.

·        To teach participants the power of quality movement using safe and stimulating equipment. 

Training Equipment?

Specialized equipment is used throughout the training sessions to add variety and stimulus.  This equipment includes:  speed ladders, mini-hurdles, and various types of sprint endurance, explosive speed, lateral movement, reaction speed, and hand/eye coordination equipment.

Youth Team Training

In addition to our current speed, agility and quickness training for kids, we also offer team training program development for youth teams (soccer, football and basketball).
