What makes AFT's speed, agility and quickness training so special?

It's a complete mind/body training system.  It really covers all the bases.

Is it hard to learn?

Not at all; however, as with any new skill, there is a small learning curve.

What if I'm no good at it?

Can you walk, hop, skip and jump?  If so, you'll do great!

Will it help me be a better athlete?

Definitely!  AFT's training program will help you develop speed, agility and quickness - things that athletes need and sports require.

I'm not really interested in sports; why would I want to do speed, agility and quickness training?

Because it's a fun, exhilarating and cool way to improve your fitness.
